No fluff, no runaround. Here is what homeowners actually ask us before starting a project.
You can pick out tile and cabinets on your own. What you cannot do as easily is see how those choices will look together in your exact space before spending $50,000 or more on materials and labor. We design the full layout in 3D software so you walk through your new kitchen or bathroom before a single material is ordered. We also coordinate everything, from material compatibility and supplier lead times to making sure your contractor builds what was designed. That gap between "I like this on Pinterest" and "this actually works in my home" is where most homeowners run into expensive problems. We close that gap.
You come to our showroom in Conshohocken or schedule a virtual call. We spend 30 to 60 minutes talking about what you want, what your space looks like now, and what kind of budget you are working with. There is no design work at this stage and no obligation. It is a straightforward conversation to see if we are a good fit for your project. If we are, we will walk you through what the next steps look like and what the investment typically ranges for your scope of work.
Not even close. Some clients come in with a Pinterest board and a rough idea. Others come with detailed floor plans. Most fall somewhere in between. That is exactly what the consultation is for. We help you move from "I know something needs to change" to a clear design direction with materials, layout, and a realistic budget.
Every project is different, but here is a realistic picture for the types of work we do. A full kitchen renovation with custom or semi-custom cabinetry, quality countertops, tile, fixtures, and professional design typically starts around $80,000, with most of our kitchen projects landing at $100,000+ depending on scope, material selections, and layout changes. A primary bathroom starts around $45,000 (most in the $60,000 range), and a hall bath starts around $25,000.
We specialize in design-forward projects where material quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail matter. If your project scope is under $25,000 for a kitchen, we may not be the best fit, and we will tell you that honestly. Our sweet spot is homeowners who want it done right the first time and want a space they will love for the next 10 to 15 years.
That is more common than you might think, and it is not a reason to walk away from the conversation. We can often phase a project so the highest-impact work happens first and additional elements come later. We also help you find the right balance of custom and semi-custom materials that hits the design quality you want at a more accessible price point.
Beyond that, many homeowners use financing to spread the investment over time. Two common approaches:
Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) allows you to borrow against your existing home equity at competitive rates, often with tax-deductible interest when used for home improvements. Your bank or credit union is typically the best starting point.
Home Improvement Personal Loans do not require your home as collateral, can fund within days, and work well for projects in the $25,000 to $100,000 range.

We encourage you to explore financing options early in the planning process so everything is in place before design work begins. The best first step is still the free consultation. Come in, talk about what you want, and we will give you realistic numbers.
The initial consultation is free. If you move forward, design fees vary depending on the complexity of the project. We will outline the full cost structure during your consultation so there are no surprises. Design fees are typically applied toward your material purchases if you proceed with us, so the investment goes directly into your project.
The design phase usually takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on how many decisions are involved and how quickly you want to move. Material lead times vary, with custom cabinetry typically taking 6 to 10 weeks to arrive after the order is placed. The full construction timeline depends on your contractor and the scope of work, but most kitchen or bathroom projects take 4 to 12 weeks once materials are on site.
We keep you informed at every stage. There are no long silences or surprise delays without communication.
We are a design and supply studio, not a general contractor. We handle the design, 3D visualization, material selection, and product sourcing. For construction, you can bring your own trusted contractor, and we will work directly with them to make sure the design is executed properly. If you do not have one, we partner with several highly skilled contractors and builders in the area and are happy to make introductions.
We build a full 3D model of your space using professional design software. You will see your exact room with the cabinets, tile, countertops, fixtures, and finishes placed where they will actually go. We can change colors, swap materials, adjust layouts, and explore options in real time during your design session. Most clients say this is where the project stops feeling abstract and starts feeling real. It eliminates the guesswork and gives you the confidence to move forward knowing exactly what you are getting.

We carry products from nationally recognized brands including DuraSupreme for custom and semi-custom cabinetry, Kohler for fixtures, and GE for appliance integration. Our showroom also features a wide selection of porcelain and ceramic tile, hardwood, LVP, carpet, countertops, and hardware. We are members of both NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) and NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association), which gives us access to resources and continuing education that smaller operations typically do not have.
