A primary bathroom starts around $45,000 (most in the $60,000 range), and a hall bath starts around $25,000.

We specialize in design-forward projects where material quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail matter. If your project scope is under $25,000 for a kitchen, we may not be the best fit, and we will tell you that honestly. Our sweet spot is homeowners who want it done right the first time and want a space they will love for the next 10 to 15 years.

We can often phase a project so the highest-impact work happens first and additional elements come later. The initial consultation is free. If you move forward, design fees vary depending on the complexity of the project. We will outline the full cost structure during your consultation so there are no surprises. Design fees are typically applied toward your material purchases if you proceed with us, so the investment goes directly into your project.

The design phase usually takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on how many decisions are involved and how quickly you want to move. Material lead times vary, with custom cabinetry typically taking 6 to 10 weeks to arrive after the order is placed. The full construction timeline depends on your contractor and the scope of work, but most kitchen or bathroom projects take 4 to 12 weeks once materials are on site.

We keep you informed at every stage. There are no long silences or surprise delays without communication.

We are a design and supply studio, not a general contractor. We handle the design, 3D visualization, material selection, and product sourcing. For construction, you can bring your own trusted contractor, and we will work directly with them to make sure the design is executed properly. If you do not have one, we partner with several highly skilled contractors and builders in the area and are happy to make introductions.

We build a full 3D model of your space using professional design software. You will see your exact room with the cabinets, tile, countertops, fixtures, and finishes placed where they will actually go. We can change colors, swap materials, adjust layouts, and explore options in real time during your design session.
